INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Sea SRO ("the Game"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Game and its related services. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or otherwise using the Game, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Game.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 You must create an account to access certain features of the Game.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT

3.1 Respectful Communication: Players are allowed to engage in competitive banter and trash talk, which is a part of the gaming culture. However, there is a fine line between acceptable trash talk and harassment. Players must avoid abusive, threatening, or harmful behavior.

3.2 Harassment: Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Harassment includes but is not limited to: making offensive or derogatory comments related to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or other personal characteristics; repeatedly targeting a specific player with harmful language; or any behavior intended to degrade, intimidate, or offend.

3.3 Bullying: Persistent bullying, which involves repeated, aggressive behavior intended to hurt another individual, physically or mentally, is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Reporting Violations: Players are encouraged to report any form of harassment or bullying to the game moderators. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.

4. USER CONTENT

4.1 You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Game.

4.2 You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

4.3 We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. USE OF BOTS AND PROGRAMS

5.1 Allowed Use of Bots: The use of bots to automate leveling and other repetitive aspects of the Game is permitted. This means you can use software to assist with grinding and other similar tasks.

5.2 Prohibited Programs: Any program that gives users an unfair advantage over others, such as hacks, cheats, or any form of software intended to manipulate the Game, is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: programs that alter the game mechanics, speed hacks, or any software that exploits bugs or vulnerabilities in the Game.

6. ITEM TRANSACTIONS

6.1 Allowed Transactions: Selling items for money via GCash or any other form of payment is allowed but not highly encouraged.

6.2 Risk and Responsibility: We are not responsible if players get scammed during these transactions. Players engage in such transactions at their own risk.

6.3 Middleman Service: Players can request Game Assistants to act as middlemen for a transaction for a fee. If the middleman service is used, we take responsibility for any loss that may occur during the transaction.

7. PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION

7.1 Violating the Code of Conduct or any other part of these Terms may result in penalties including but not limited to: temporary suspension, permanent account ban, or other actions deemed necessary by the game moderators.

7.2 Repeated violations will result in escalating penalties.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other players or the Game.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sea SRO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Game; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
